Rayto warrants the quality of new equipment and provide free service for the defects in workmanship and materials in a period of 14 months from shipping date in Rayto. Rayto's obligation is limited to repairing any part, which proves to be defective with Rayto's examination.
We don't provide warranty for the following situations:
  •     ● Instruments that have been misused or destroyed by accidents.
  •     ● Instruments whose original serial number label or identification marks have been unclear,
  •        changed or removed.
  •     ● Problems caused by modification or repair by anyone else not from Rayto or Rayto    
  •        designated organization.


We will provide our distributors with free training project which should be performed in Rayto, Shenzhen China. Distributors will afford the traffic and accommodation charges related to the training. Rayto will also offer further support to our distributors by e-mail, MSN, Skype or fax.


Contact our technical support personnel and obtain a RMA (Return Materials Authorization) number. Please mark the RMA number on the outside of the parcel. Instrument serial number and a brief problem description for the returned parts must be provided in parcel.
